some where to tokomaru bay 70 km
getting pack up and on the road around 8 am i head down a long down hill then along a large river valley stoping at the town of ruatoria to get food for the day before starting a long climb up to Te puia springs where I see that they are out of fuel to(maybe it's a sing of thing to come) after some up and downs I have a 8 km (250 m) down hill into the town of tokomaru bay - the down hill was rough in place with large logging trucks going up and down wareing the road out so lots of potholes in town I ask the coast for a camp site - its $12.50 a night so I decide to have a easy day doing some reading before setting up camp for the night
