rest day at kawatiri ( doc camp site and walkway to old rail tunnel)
its raining as i get up so I decide to have a rest day off the bike spending most of the time in my tent beside going for a 15 min walk to the old rail tunnel with the walkway running over an old rail bridge (well whats left of it any way ) thought the tunnel before heading up some steps and around the hill to the start of the walkway then its back to my tent for some more reading before getting some sleep at night time : )
